The service provided to the Client (You) by Crop Studio SRL (We/Us) is Brand Strategy, as designed jointly with the you. Brand Strategy, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in your business. Brand Strategy services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. We guarantee that all information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
Throughout the relationship, we will engage in direct and personal conversations with you, which will include asking explicit questions and making requests. In order for our relationship to achieve the maximum result, we ask you to agree to the following:
1. Please be on time to the workshop. If you will be late, notify us in advance. If you will miss the appointment, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at our discretion.
2. Be honest and participate fully and come prepared for the workshop.
3. Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.
4. If you see that the workshop is not working as you desire, give us feedback to better address desired goals.
Duration: The Discovery Workshop is be limited to a duration of maximum 10 (ten) hours, starting from the scheduled time and date. Any delay caused by you will reduce the workshop’s duration.
How: The Discovery Workshop will take place exclusively online through video-call and screen-sharing technologies. The access to such services implies no extra costs to you, the entire technical infrastructure is provided by us. You must have access to the minimum equipment required to access the online workshop (good internet connection, webcam, microphone, a device with a reasonably big screen – minimum a laptop or a big tablet, not phones). You acknowledge and give us permission to record the entire workshop for the sole purpose of revisiting the information discussed.
Results: All the insights, conclusions, action plans etc that result from the Discovery Workshop will be offered by us to you in the form of a PDF report. The report will be available within 2 days from the workshop date.
Payment: The Workshop needs to be paid in full in order to secure the appointment.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will we be liable to you for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, our entire liability under this agreement, and your exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by you to us, under this agreement, for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, you and us agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.
Your payment of this workshop indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided.
